Brian Gorg
In his role as Executive Director of the Digital Signage Federation (DSF) since 2011, Brian has helped lead the development of the organization’s growth in serving the interests of the digital signage industry. He and the DSF staff support the DSF Board of Directors and the membership through development of education programs, outreach and networking opportunities. The DSF is an organization representing approximately 400 companies in the digital signage industry.
For more than 15 years as the CEO of an association management company, Brian has led teams to implement overhauls of management infrastructure and processes for numerous organizations. Brian has served as a member and Chairman of the Fauquier County School Board. Brian is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and is involved with the Association Management Company Institute.

He serves as the DSF liaison to the advisory board for the Digital Signage Experts Group (DSEG), the premier certification body in the digital signage industry. Brian also serves on the editorial boards for industry magazines.
Mr. Gorg is also the CEO of the Collie Gorg Group (CGG), an association management company based in Warrenton, Virginia. His professional experience includes guiding more than 25 associations on strategy, infrastructure, international development, and certification programs. Brian and the staff of CGG manage a dozen non-profit industry groups focused on professional development, certification, networking, and industry representation.
David Keene
David Keene is President and Executive Editor at digiDaybook, that covers the AV, Digital Signage, AV/IP, and related industries. digiDaybook also works with select market-leading providers to create deep, journalistic Content Marketing that helps their message resonate with the channel, and with end users on their journey to find the best solutions in the marketplace.
Keene is a publishing and multi-platform content team leader with extensive business development, content marketing, and branding/PR experience for top industry players on all sides of the media divide: publishers, brands, and service/solution providers.
Keene was the founding Editor of Digital Signage magazine, and the Digital Signage Best Practices Guide, published by NewBay Media. He was the principal consultant to the AV Systems Group at NewBay Media, and at NewBay Plus (NewBay Media’s Content Marketing division) throughout NewBay’s entire presence in the markets. David was involved heavily in new business development and content marketing, as well as editorial direction and editorial production. He was key to NewBay in their coverage of–and content marketing services for– companies such as Panasonic, Planar, Samsung, Leyard, Matrox, Texas Instruments/DLP, Sharp, Sony, Casio, Epson, NEC, and others. He steered Content Marketing initiatives and content creation in all formats/platforms, as well as editorial coverage of the industry, and surrounding major trade shows such as CES, NAB, InfoComm, ISE Amsterdam, Digital Signage Expo, and more.
Tom Jones
Tom is the lead ProAV & Digital Signage Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) for Ingram Micro, the world’s largest IT Logistics and Distribution Company. His goal is to provide expert industry insight to the SMB, VAR and Enterprise space, and help our resellers successfully bridge their existing business competencies by incorporating ProAV solutions into their practice.
Tom is a 27-year veteran in the computer/IT industry. His experience has ranged from business management at large scale computer/IT chains to on-premise Technical Engineering for high profile companies. Tom has been with Ingram Micro for 14 years and is field deployable. He engages with customers directly at their place of business (and even with end client as needed). Tom is often called upon to be a key presenter at different Ingram Micro hosted events.
Toms holds industry certifications from leading recognized organizations that include (but are not limited to) Digital Signage Federation’s (DSCE, DSNE, DSDE, DSCE), CompTIA (A+, HTI+) and various vendor specific accreditations from established leaders such as LifeSize, Samsung and HP.
Tom has been quoted in several top industry publications, including CRN, Digital Signage Today and the Channel Advisor as well as having contributed to Digital Signage whitepaper development for companies such as Samsung and 3M.
Tom was honored to receive the Alan C. Brawn Educator of the Year award from the Digital Signage Federation in 2019.
Teresa Young
For nearly 30 years, Teresa M. Young, DSCE, has supported new entrepreneurs entering the digital sign and graphics industry. Young is the Founder of LobbyPOP® and EcoSignage.org; President/CEO, Sign Biz, Inc. (signbiz.com); and Past Chairwoman of the International Sign Association (ISA) and of the California Sign Association. She sold her sign shop in 1991 to become President of Sign Biz, Inc., a full-service business development company. Young sits on multiple boards and her company, Sign Biz, Inc., has launched more than 200 new entrepreneurs into their own sign businesses. These brick and mortar shops are located in 42 states and six countries, today known as the Sign Biz Network. In 2005, Young established LobbyPOP ®, a consulting firm and content provider for sign industry professionals who seek guidance in dynamic signage. She is an in-demand speaker, engaging business owners with topical and powerful business insights and strategies, supporting the sign industry’s assimilation of dynamic signage as content providers.
Teresa M. Young has been a consultant to entrepreneurs since 1986, in both retail and B2B sectors. She has served as chairwoman of the International Sign Association and of the California Sign Association. Young currently sits on multiple boards including the Digital Signage Expert Group, Signs of the Times Editorial Advisory Board, the American Sign Museum, the California Sign Association and FASI, the Foundation for the Advancement of the Sign Industry.
Her company, Sign Biz, Inc., has launched more than 200 new entrepreneurs into their own sign businesses under the Sign Biz business model. These brick and mortar shops are located across 43 states and six countries, today known as the Sign Biz Network. Through her business development program, Sign Biz, Inc. secured over $19,000,000 worth of SBA-backed funding for these businesses.
In 2005, Young established LobbyPOP ®, a consulting firm and content provider for sign industry professionals who seek guidance in digital signage. LobbyPOP is a trade-only entity supporting the sign industry’s assimilation of digital signage as content providers.
She is an in-demand speaker, engaging business owners with topical and powerful business insights and strategies, under her MintyWorks and Coffee with T brands. The School of Sign Arts website, her online education initiative, offers on-demand tutorial videos. These cutting-edge education sessions are syndicated across YouTube.
Ryan Cahoy
Ryan Cahoy has over 20 years of experience with software, technology, and digital signage. As the Chief Revenue Officer of inReality, his focus is on helping resellers successfully adopt new technology for the benefit of their customers. This includes his latest challenge—shaping and scaling simple, efficient Safe Space solutions to help customers reopen safely. An Executive Board member and active Education Committee lead for the Digital Signage Federation, he is passionate about sharing his current and evolving knowledge with both partners and the industry at large. Ryan started in the digital signage industry in 1996 at Daktronics where he created and implemented a marketing strategy to bring indoor LED ticker and wallboard displays to the brokerage, financial, and banking markets. In 2000 he transitioned from hardware to software, joining Rise Vision to head up sales and marketing efforts.
Jim Nista
Jim Nista is a digital graphics and design pioneer and has a long history working as a Creative Director for a large range of clients. In 2002, Jim Nista set up Insteo, a Digital Marketing agency with a focus on Digital Signage creative services. In 2018 Almo Pro AV acquired Insteo and in 2020 Mr. Nista left to form a new digital content agency.
Jim Nista has helped create the Digital Content and Media Expert (DCME) certification program and regularly speaks at industry trade shows. Mr. Nista holds two software patents and has received numerous awards for Digital Signage content creation.
